Intervoke is an award-winning biomedical visualization and animation company based in Colorado. We work with top life science companies of all sizes, including early-stage biotechnology companies ready to bring their first product to market and larger global pharmaceutical and medical device companies looking for software applications for HCP training, patient education, and medical marketing. We invoke accurate and compelling visual content to simplify complex science. Our team members consist of Ph. D.-qualified scientists and writers, top software programming teams, creative art directors, project managers, and industry-experienced 3D artists.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Animation/Video Project Manager to oversee project management and client success for key accounts at Intervoke. The ideal candidate will have a knack for running projects from booking to proposal to completion, possess project management experience, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership—both in their work and in guiding the work of others.
Project Management Responsibilities:
Develop project timelines and schedules.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings with creative teams.
Communicate timelines, reprioritize tasks daily, and relay changes across teams.
Handle administrative tasks related to working with contractors.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to create and maintain project schedules
Learn to develop proposals in partnership with the Creative Director.
Set up and manage project management software, ensuring it remains current.
Monitor resource capacity and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
Client Account Management & Producer Support
Assist Client Account Managers and Producers in communicating deadlines, milestones, and project phases to clients and the Intervoke team.
Collaborate with Client Account Managers to prioritize tasks and meet specific client deadlines
Sales Support
Manage new project requests, conduct discovery meetings, and complete creative briefs.
Work with internal creative teams to propose solutions to clients.
Create statements of work and creative proposals, with training provided to close sales.
Contribute insights and ideas to sales strategies by identifying opportunities during conversations and assessing client needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
2-3 years of project management experience in a video production and animation environment with changing timelines or requirements.
Knowledge of content creation, 3D animation, and video production is required.Strong project management skills
Tech-savvy with experience using project management software.
Production or agency experience preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive, and prepared.
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Strong listening, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and communication styles.
Capacity to prioritize a constant flow of changing tasks.
