Sales Account Executive


We are hiring a results-oriented Sales Account Executive with pipeline management experience to source leads, schedule meetings and convert Sales Qualified Leads into customers. Account Executives are responsible for building sales pipeline by cold calling and emailing prospects across multiple industries. Prospecting efforts will be supplemented by our growing team of Business Development Representatives who source leads and schedule Discovery Calls on behalf of Account Executives.

This Account Executive position is for candidates with a sales background focusing on software with experience in interactive software development, SaaS models, video, and visual effects. Candidate must also have the desire to move into a Sales Manager role in the future and will be trained for this once the individual has proven their communication skills and generated adequate pipeline.

The Opportunity

Joining the Account Executive Team allows you to be a foundational member of Intervoke with limitless room for personal and professional growth. As an Account Executive, you will educate marketing teams, product managers and medical professionals from around the world, across several markets about the power of Intervoke’s interactive applications and photorealistic animations. Your training will include best practices for fielding questions, handling objections and providing relevant use cases of the technology, in addition to resources for learning about the human anatomy and relevant terms within targeted industries.

The Team

The Intervoke Sales Team is the development system for the rest of our organization. We create and maintain synergy with the rest of our organization to provide a winning outcome for Intervoke and our customers. Our team’s goal is to build awareness of Intervoke’s services around the world to help drive revenue for the organization, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing customer base.

The Skillset

  • 3-5 years of proven closing and quota carrying sales experience selling enterprise software solutions or solutions with a similar sales process. 

  • Experience establishing strategic relationships with businesses and comfort selling to executives and decision makers within accounts with over 1,000 employees.

  • Confidence in your ability to run high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

  • Proven history of overachieving quota and results in a small/mid-sized, high-growth company

  • A passion for talking to people, understanding their unique business needs and showing them how Intervoke products will help them achieve the goals of their team.

  • Experience leading the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal. Cold calling and emailing clients directly to ascertain their needs while providing them with a pleasant experience. Using Social media, like Linkedin as a tool to connect with clients.

  • Energetic, hustle, determination, entrepreneurial spirit, innovative, flexible, self-motivated team player, passionate about driving business growth in new geographies. 

  • Superior communication, intuitive, social, multitasking, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to probe for information, ask appropriate questions, and effectively handle objections.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, live presentation skills, analytical skills, and critical thinking skills.

  • Interactive software training tools a plus.

  • Highly technical and proficient with basic corporate productivity tools (Gmail, voicemail, MS Office, Conferencing tools) and the ability to understand and learn new software quickly.

  • Experience directly in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Medical device, Universities or Science based field a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
